Hmm... this is an interesting assumption. I agree Biden's somewhat weak leadership may have played a partial role in this conflict. Speaking of economic sanctions, Russian people won't be the only once to suffer from them. The idea behind sanctions is that implementing them will put a stop on Putin's financing the war, to choke his military resources. But I think if Biden had implemented them earlier- right when Putin rolled his military troops into Ukraine, perhaps they would've taken an effect sooner.
