Interestingly, we share the same path. #1- I'm a huge fan of salads too. But I also gained over 5 pounds during the pandemic, even though I was eating mostly healthy foods. But the thing is even healthy foods can be caloric, like you mentioned olive oil, avocados. I'm also working on cutting back on some of those things and bring my weight back to the original.
