It's definitely not you, it's Medium losing its luster. Since I started writing here like you I've experienced constant changes and I told myself I won't keep medium front and center for my writing dreams. If you expect more I'd say go opportunities that reward you as a writer. Branching out is the only way to grow and not being dependent on Medium which God knows may not even exist tomorrow.
