Sure, natural immunity isn't guaranteed for everyone just as vaccine-induced immunity doesn't guarantee the presence of strong antibodies. Speaking of public safety, do you think it's fair to let anyone who shows proof of vaccination with NO antibodies participate in public events and not allow unvaccinated people with natural immunity and high antibodies to participate? That's what's going to happen with mandates.
