Thank you for not losing your optimism for Medium. I sure hope it'll improve as the time goes on. I used to love writing on Medium, it was my favorite platform but the amount of time you have to invest into it is not worth for what you're getting in return. Of course, quitting is not an option either, but writing less and keeping your eyes out for new writing opportunities is.
