That would be the case if the vaccine worked for ALL variants, including the highly contagious Delta variant. If the vaccine was so effective and prevented the spread then we wouldn't need to wear masks, would we? Vaccinated patients can still get sick, and some of them even die. It's the wearing of masks that we should enforce and mandate rather than vaccines that don't work for everyone.
