According to the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Louisiana, many more people are now engaging in unhealthy behaviors and suffer from depression and anxiety than before the pandemic.
But you can do something and not let the pandemic get hold of you.
You have to fight back. And there are ways to do that.
Engaging in these three habits will help to keep you grounded: get outside in nature as much as possible, eat healthy foods, use meditation and relaxation techniques at home.
