The pandemic has brought a lot of changes to the world. The prolonged lockdown has affected people’s behaviors and lifestyles.

A large percentage of people experience a dramatic decrease in physical activity and resort to unhealthy eating habits.

According to the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Louisiana, many more people are now engaging in unhealthy behaviors and suffer from depression and anxiety than before the pandemic.

But you can do something and not let the pandemic get hold of you.
