This is honestly beyond my human comprehension- I thought they were just late in paying writers, but how dared they tell you that they won't pay you at all- this is not playing by their rules. I'm sorry to hear you had to go through this. I'm close to publishing my 50th article there and as soon I reach this milestone I plan to stop writing on Vocal. Hope they won't refuse to pay me $50.
