Writing on Medium Is Like Playing a Thrill Game

I like the suspense and mystery of writing on Medium

Writing on Medium is one of the best ways I release my creative energy. And I also love the suspense and mystery that come with it.

To me, writing on Medium is like playing a thrilling game. It’s like being part of an exciting adventure.

Who doesn’t love games after all? While I’m not particularly fond of video games, I love the thrill I get from writing on Medium. And for the most part, what adds to the thrill is the unpredictability factor.

The fact that you don’t know how your articles will perform or which one of your articles will go viral is what makes this platform special and unique. You never know when you’re going to hit a jackpot.

For example, writing on Vocal Media isn’t the same because the rules are different, so your experiences aren’t the same. For one, there is no distribution feature on Vocal — you publish your article in hopes that by some mysterious force it gains reads. There is only this much room for success on Vocal Media.

For the most part, lack of visibility on Vocal takes the thrill factor away. There is also no such thing as “Chosen for further distribution.” You know what you’re going to get by publishing on Vocal, whereas…
